At Branch, we want you to love your home; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery. All returned products must be in their original packaging and in like-new condition to ensure a full refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully disassemble your furniture if necessary and place all components into the original shipping boxes to prevent damage during transit.

  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping marks.

• 4.
  Drop Off or Schedule

  Take your package to the nearest authorized carrier location or contact us to schedule a home pickup for oversized furniture items.
